Germany, Heer. An Army (Heer) Sports Vest Emblem Auction Archive Purple HeartBlack embroidered eagle insignia on an embroidered white semi circular field, upon a linen base, 150 mm x 275 mm, fold marks on either end, very light soiling in the white field under the right wing, extremely fine.
